How Qorp processes the personal data of its users and of people named in public registers.
Data controller
The data controller is Qorp SRL, BE 0123.456.789, Brussels. For any question about your data, write to privacy@qorp.ai.
User data
We process your account data (name, work email, company), billing data, service usage data and the content you create: lists, notes, funnels and messages sent.
People named in the registers
Public registers mention natural persons, in particular company directors. Qorp includes them only in their role within the company, on the basis of its legitimate interest in providing reliable business information. You can object to this processing by writing to privacy@qorp.ai.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service (performance of the contract), billing (legal obligation), securing and improving the service (legitimate interest), and informing you of new features where you have agreed to it (consent).
Retention periods
Account data is kept for the duration of the contract plus 12 months, billing data for 7 years, and technical logs for 30 days.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the Qorp team and to our processors for hosting, email and SMS delivery and payment. It is hosted in the European Union; any transfer outside the Union is governed by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to privacy@qorp.ai; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
