The rules that apply to the use of the Qorp website, app, API and MCP server.
Purpose
These terms govern access to the qorp.ai website and the use of the Qorp app, API and MCP server by professionals who create an account.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details and API keys confidential. Each account is personal; shared access is provided through the Team and Enterprise plans.
Plans, prices and payment
Plans and their prices are listed on the Pricing page. Monthly subscriptions have no minimum commitment; yearly subscriptions commit you for 12 months and renew automatically unless cancelled one month before they expire.
Use of data
Data viewed and exported may be used for your company's internal purposes. Reselling it, publishing it in bulk or using it to build a competing database is prohibited.
Automated sending
You are responsible for the content of emails and SMS sent from Qorp and for their compliance with prospecting rules. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, which you cannot remove.
Liability
Qorp reproduces data from official registers without modifying it and does not guarantee its accuracy. Qorp commits to service availability of 99.5% per month, excluding announced maintenance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
